What is the pricing matrix for the parking fees?
The cost for parking will be posted at each gate and inside the AMC next to the payment machine.
- First 15 minutes are FREE
- $3.00 for the first 30 minutes
- $4.00 for the first hour
- $6.00 for 2 hours
- $15.00 for the day
- $15.00 for a lost ticket

What do I do when entering the parking lot?
When driving into the lot, please take a ticket from the parking kiosk and proceed to a vacant parking space when the gate arm raises. Please take the ticket with you.

What is the process when exiting the parking lot?
You have 2 options to make the parking payment:
- At the paid parking station available in the lobby of the Arbour Medical Centre. This
station accepts cash, debit, and credit card payments. - At the exit gate with a tap enabled credit or debit card. Follow the on-screen prompts for
processing.

A Call Button is located on the parking kiosk. Please push this button to be connected to a service person who has remote control over the parking system.
