    Our office follows the guidance of the University of Guelph, if the university is closed, our office will be closed as well.  If you have an appointment booked you will be called to have your appointment switched to a phone call or to rebooked

  • Seasonal Vaccines 



    Patients age 75 and older are eligible to for the RSV vaccine.  RSV will be offered at the same appointment with your Flu and Covid shot

    Babies born after April 1st 2025 are eligible for the RSV vaccine - please call the office to book an appointment for your baby

    Prescription Renewals

    Please have your pharmacy fax a renewal request to your doctor. If this is a new prescription, please book an appointment to discuss with your doctor.  Please be aware that prescriptions for insurance such as massage, orthotics and physiotherapy may have an associated fee without an appointment. 

    Please allow a minimum of 48 business hours for processing of prescription renewal requests.

    WEEKENDS: Saturday 10am-2pm
    & Sunday 10am - 2pm
    HOLIDAYS: Varies, call for details
     

  • Reporting Vaccines to

    WDG Public Health 

     

    Parents/Caregivers must report to Public Health every time their child receives a new vaccination to keep records up to date
