Dr. Krista St. Amant | Book An Appointment Online
Originally from Northern Ontario, Dr. Krista St. Amant moved to Toronto to complete her Honours Bachelor of Science in Biology/Zoology at the University of Toronto. She then graduated from the Northern Ontario School of Medicine in 2010 and completed her Family Medicine Residency at the University of Toronto in 2012. She practiced at Credit Valley Hospital prior to joining the Arbour Family Medical team.
Dr. St. Amant has lived in the Guelph area since 2013 with her husband, three children and two dogs. Family has always been incredibly important to Dr. St. Amant as she comes from a large extended family that she visits as often as possible. She was inspired to become a doctor as a teenage when her brother was in the hospital for an extended period of time.
In her spare time, she loves to crochet, read, and bake.
Dr. Gabriel Ting | Book An Appointment Online
Dr. Ting graduated from the University of Alberta Medical School in 2000. He completed his residency in Rural and Remote Family Medicine in 2002 through McMaster University.
Since then he has practiced in Georgetown, Ontario and Shanghai, China before settling into Guelph and the Arbour Family Medical Centre.
Dr. Trudy MacLean | Book An Appointment Online
Dr. Trudy MacLean, originally from the Maritimes, found her way to Guelph in 2013, after completing her Family Medicine Residency at Dalhousie University, in Halifax.
Prior to her residency, Dr. MacLean completed her Honours Bachelor of Science in Biology/Chemistry at Wilfred Laurier University (Waterloo, ON; 2004), her Masters in Medical Science at McMaster University (Hamilton, ON; 2006) and her Medical Degree at Dalhousie University (Halifax, NS; 2010)
Dr. MacLean started her comprehensive Family Practice at Arbour Medical Center in 2014. When not working, Dr. MacLean can be found travelling, cooking or enjoying the outdoors with her husband and 2 young children.
Dr. Urooj Chaudry | Book An Appointment Online
Dr. Urooj Chaudry was raised in Kitchener-Waterloo, and has proudly called Guelph home since 2010. She has previously worked in London, and Kitchener-Waterloo.
Dr. Chaudry completed her Honours Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences and Molecular Biology at the University of Waterloo in 2010. Following that, she graduated from the University of Calgary Medical School in 2013, and returned homeward to complete her Family Medicine Residency at McMaster’s Kitchener-Waterloo Campus in 2015. She has previously taught medical learners such as medical students and resident physicians, and from time to time may host learners at Arbour Family Medical Centre.
She lives with her daughter and dog. In her leisure time, Dr. Chaudry enjoys sewing, gardening, dog training, and hiking with her family.
Dr. Chaudry is a strong proponent of living well through healthy eating, good sleeping habits and leading an active lifestyle!
