If you have received a medication prescription from your doctor, you can fill it at any pharmacy within Ontario.  

We suggest you find a pharmacy that you like, and fill all of your prescriptions from the same pharmacy on an ongoing basis.  This will enable your pharmacist to better identify potential adverse interactions between your medications, particularly if you are filling prescriptions issued by multiple physicians.

Please ensure your family doctor is aware of your preferred pharmacy. If you have changed pharmacies please ensure your doctor is aware of your new pharmacy by completing this form.
